Yarn Kit for "Gneddy", the Beary Cozy Gnome: April 2026 MKAL by Sarah Schira of Imagined Landscapes
I'm excited to be a participating dyer for Sarah's latest MKAL, and have created 3 befitting mini skein sets. Each features a bear-y brown shade, paired with a soft spring-inspired pastel.
About Gneddy:
Gneddy is comfortable with comfort. She’s learned that its best not to take life too seriously. Her hat collection isn’t large compared to most gnomes, but she prizes playful expression and seeks out hats that make her smile. Gneddy spends every moment she can outside, even when frosty moments mean cold hands.
Included in this kit:
• Three mini skeins of yarn: two hand dyed mini skeins + one undyed mini skein
• Pattern is NOT included; see beary cozy gnome information page to purchase the pattern directly from Imagined Landscapes
• Each mini skein is 100% superwash merino wool, and weighs 20g, approximately 87 yards
• Approximately 7 to 8 stitches per inch on US #1-3 needles
• Hand dyed in small batches
• Hand or machine wash, dry flat

I’ve created three bear-y options for your knitting pleasure:
Set A: Serenity (use as color C1), Bark Tonal (C2), Undyed (C3)
Set B: Petal (use as color C1), Mushroom (C2), Undyed (C3)
Set C: Pale Wheat (use as color C1), Hazelnut (C2), Undyed (color C3)
Please note that I have tried to capture the colors accurately, but my camera (and perhaps your monitor) may result in some variation.
